¾ cup La Colombe Cold Brew (unsweetened)
1–1½ tbsp ChocZero Hazelnut OR Matteo’s French Vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp simple syrup (for Dunkin-level sweetness)
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup ice
⅛ tsp xanthan gum (optional, for smooth texture)
Directions
1. Add to blender in this order:
Cold brew → syrups → cream → xanthan gum → ice
2. Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds on MEDIUM
3. Taste and adjust syrup or sweetness. If it’s too strong, add a splash more cream or milk.
4. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
