Ingredients

1 Fajita vegetable blend

16 Turkey meatballs

1 tbsp Sundried tomato paste

1/2 cup Water

4 oz Provolone cheese, sliced

4 Low carb tortilla wraps

Directions

Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and meatballs, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in tomato paste and water, and continue to cook until water is almost gone and meatballs are heated through, about 5 minutes.

Place a piece of cheese in the center of each wrap and top with 4 meatballs and vegetables. Roll up and enjoy.

Chef's Tip: Lightly toast tortillas before adding filling.
