Korean Ground Beef Bowls

Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)

Directions

1. Brown the ground beef and drain.

2. While beef is browning add all other ingredients to a separate bowl and mix well.

3. After draining return beef to pan and add the sauce cooking for 5 minutes to thicken.

Serve over rice
