Ingredients

• Seups water

1 tomate, cut into wedqes 1.5 lbs pork belly

1 medium ohioh, quartered Zcups tamarind

• 1tbsp fsh Sauce

concentrate

• 1 pork bouillon cube

Veggies of choice (tare, white radısk, eggplant, bok choy, okra, string beans, green chiles)

Directions

1. Combine the water, tomate, ohish, pork belly, tamarnd concentrate, fisk Sauce, and pork bouillen cube in a large pot 2.Boil, then cover and let Simmer

for 45 mirutes until pork is tender .Add in taro and white radish, to soften for S-10 minutes

s.Seasen with more salt, fish, sauce, or tamarind to taste

4.Add in eggplant, bok chog, okra string beans and chilies to soften for S mere minutes
