Crispy Boursin Sheet Pan Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, butterflied

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

½ block Boursin cheese

1-2 tsp milk

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F

Mix Boursin + milk until it's the consistency of sour cream. Line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle with olive oil, add chicken Spoon Boursin mixture over one side of chicken.

Mix panko + olive oil until it looks like wet sand, season salt

Press panko mixture on top of chicken Bake 8-12 min until internal temp hits 165°F

optional: Broil 1-2 min at the end for extra crisp

Add veggie of choice to the other side of pan before cooking.
