Teryaki Madness Spicy Tofu Copycat

Ingredients

1 lb block of firm tofu

1 lb of broccoli and/or zucchini

1/2 cup underwood chili garlic sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine chili sauce, katchup, teriyaki and garlic powder in a bowl.

  2. Cut tofu into 1 inch pieces. Slice zucchini and broccoli as needed.

  3. Add olive oil to a preheated skillet and once hot add tofu and vegetables. Sauté for about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Once tofu and vegetables have begun to develop color, add the sauce and continue to cook an additional 5-10 minutes.

  5. Serve with steamed rice.

Notes

Sub Teryaki sauce for 1tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
