This Viral Chicken Cobbler Casserole Is Pure Comfort Food

Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13” baking dish.

Spread shredded chicken evenly in the bottom.

Layer frozen veggies on top, then sprinkle cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and milk to make the cobbler topping. Pour gently over the chicken layer—don’t mix!

Whisk soup and broth in a separate bowl and pour it gently over the top—still no stirring!

Bake uncovered for 45–50 mins until golden brown on top and bubbling. Let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
