Pepperoni Pasta

12 oz whole wheat spaghetti
.25 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
.5 lb turkey pepperoni
1 medium Green peppers, sliced
16 oz diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
.5 tsp salt
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1 Cook Pasta following label directions
2 Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Add
onion, garlic, pepperoni and peppers and cook 5 minutes, stirring
often. Add tomatoes, oregano and salt; cover and cook 5 minutes
longer, stirring 2 or 3 times to break up tomatoes. Oncover during
last minute to thicken sauce slightly.
3 Drain pasta and serve with sauce; sprinkle with grated cheese.
