Simple Sauces Part 5 - Healthy Homemade Ranch

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat)
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream (light)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt or MSG
2 tsp fresh parsley
1 tsp fresh dill
1 tsp fresh chives
1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Stir in the parsley, dill, and chives.
Add lemon juice, starting with 1 tsp, and adjust to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve as a dip or dressing!
Pro Tip: This is still better than Blue Cheese.
