Apple Granola

100 g oats (1 & 1/4 cups)
2 medium apple
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
pinch salt
Directions
Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the components are well incorporated.
Lay on a baking tray, with baking paper on it. Use a large baking tray so you can spread the ingredients nicely, as much as possible.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes. KEY STEP: stir 3–4 times during baking to ensure the granola cooks evenly.
Once it is ready, turn the oven off and leave to cool down into the oven with the door slightly open).
