Creamy Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, halved

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

100ml heavy cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with parmesan mixture.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.

- Transfer to oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.

- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.

- Add heavy cream and lemon juice, simmer until slightly thickened.

- Serve chicken topped with creamy sauce and garnish with parsley.
