High Protein Low Calorie Rice Paper Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients

1. 4 pieces rice paper

2. 150g chicken breast mince (found at Cole’s)

3. 100g veggie shreds (dry coleslaw mix)

4. 15ml light soy sauce

5. 5g oyster sauce

6. Ginger & Garlic

7. Chilli flakes & chicken powder

Directions

Chop up 100g of veggie shreds finely and add to bowl

Add chicken mix to bowl and season with 15ml soy sauce, 5g oyster sauce, chilli to taste, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp garlic

Mix everything really well

To a plate add warm water

Dip one rice paper in for 5 seconds

Take rice paper out and cut in half

Place chicken mixture into middle of the halved rice paper and flatten out a little with spoon so it’s in the shape of a square

Fold bottom up, right side in, top down and left to right which should form a square parcel

Repeat steps until all the chicken mixture is used

Air fry for 10 mins at 200 degrees or until nice and crispy
