Hot Dog Chili - Kathy and MIke

Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 lb ground round

1 pack Mccormick chili power

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 can tomato soup

1/2 to 1 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

1 – 1 ½ lbs 80/20 Ground beef cooked in skillet – let it get well done, even browned adds flavor

Drain excess fat.

If you have a hand blender you can do this after you put all the following ingredients in, otherwise, put meat in a blender and chop fine.

1 pack of McCormick chili powder.

Teaspoon of garlic and onion powder each.

Teaspoon of black pepper and salt to taste.

One can of tomato soup and about ¾ can of water.

Add ketchup – between ½ to 1 cup – I don’t measure, but just add to taste.

Add small amount of yellow mustard – tablespoonish.

Let it simmer until it thickens to desired thickness.
