Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 mozzarella cheese sticks (low-moisture preferred)

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

6 to 8 wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Slice and pound chicken flat.

Place mozzarella inside, roll tightly.

Marinate chicken with garlic, olive oil, and seasoning.

Chill, then skewer.

Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, grill, or air fry until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
