leaning hard on easy, one-pan dinners this time of year and this sesame-soy glazed salmon with roasted broccoli is always a win. 🥢✨ it comes together in ~20 minutes, packs in protein + healthy fats, and has that sweet-savory flavor everyone loves.
the glaze is toasted sesame oil, soy, honey, garlic, and ginger — it caramelizes on the salmon and gives you those slightly crispy edges that are sooo good.
it also reheats really well if I want to save a portion for lunch the next day!
