Ingredients

Large handful finely diced spinach

300g cooked potato

300g chicken breast mince

1/2 chopped onion

Small handful coriander

3 finely sliced green chillies

50g flour

20g garlic puree

1 tsp baking powder

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Salt

20g sweet chilli sauce

20ml olive oil

Directions

Add all ingredients, except the sweet chilli sauce and olive oil to a large mixing bowl

Mix thoroughly with hands until smooth, then form 8 evenly sized balls

Add olive oil to base of your air fryer, then add the balls ensuring they are coated in the olive oil

Air fry for 20 mins at 200 degrees C, shaking halfway to ensure all sides of the balls are crispy

Serve with sweet chilli sauce
