One Pot Smoked Sausage Skillet Pasta

Ingredients

13 ½ oz Smoked Sausage (Andouille is a great option too)

1 Tbsp Garlic (minced - or 2 cloves minced)

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

10 oz Diced Tomatoes (Add a bit of kick use Rotel)

2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth (use low or no sodium option)

16 oz pasta (any variety- we love Radiatore)

1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup Pepper jack Cheese (can also use Monterey Jack Shredded)

Directions

Slice up your smoked sausage

Brown up that sausage with seasonings until browned, then add tomato paste, undrained can of rotel or diced tomatoes

Add Chicken Broth

add uncooked pasta and heavy whipping cream

Bring to simmer and cover for about 7 mins on medium heat until pasta is cooked then add one cup of cheese (Pepper jack or Monterey Jack)

place lid back on for a few minutes for cheese to melt

Once cheese is melted serve and enjoy!
