total timeIngredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic paste or minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and cool slightly.
Roll out dough into a rectangle. Evenly spread beef mixture over the dough, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Roll dough tightly into a log, starting from the longer edge. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange in prepared baking dish.
Mix melted butter with garlic, then brush generously over the tops of the rollups.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
