Ingredients

8oz boneless skinless chicken breast tenders

30g corn flakes

1 egg

20g cocunut flour

Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika

Directions

Crush corn flakes

In a dish, add the crushed corn flakes and seasonings and mix them together

In a seperate dish, add your flour

Whisk 1 egg then coat your chicken breast in the egg, then coat in the flour, then the egg again, and then the breading

Repeat for all the tenders

Place in the convection oven at 400 degrees for 16-17 minutes.

An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
