Over the Top Chili

Chili base
4tsp chili power
2tsp cumin
1 sweet onion chopped
1 Red onion chopped
1 Green pepper chopped
1 Red pepper chopped
3tsp minced garlic
1 15 oz Crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz petite tomatoes
2 can original rotel ( mild for Marla )
1 can Dark red Kidney beans
1 can bushs maple bacon beans
For the Meat
2lbs hamburger
1lb reg jimmy dean breakfast sausage
Salt pepper
Worcestershire sauce - a few good dashes
Montreal steak seasoning - use like a BBQ rub on top
1/4 cup hersey Dark chocolate
Directions
Add all chili ingredients to a cast iron dutch oven
Combine meat ingredients, and shape into a loaf. Add Montreal steak seasoning on top.
Set up smoke for 275°F.
Put dutch oven in smoker with the meat over the top on a grate.
Smoke at 275° F till the meat is 140-150°F
Break up meat into chili, simmer on stover for 2 more hrs.
Add 1/4 cup hersey Dark chocolate and mix in.
