Shrimp Spring Roll Salad

Prawn Spring Roll Salad
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
½ cup (120 g) High Protein Greek Yoghurt
½ tbsp soy sauce
120 g coleslaw mix (no dressing)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ cup (60 g) edamame beans
150 g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined, tail off
Optional: black sesame seeds, to serve
Directions
Chop the prawns and spring onion. Shred your slaw if not using pre-shredded.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds if desired.
