Green Juice Recipe For Beginners

Ingredients

2 Green Apples

1 Cucumber

2 Limes

6 Half Stalks of Celery (or 3 ribs)

4 Handfuls Of Spinach

Directions

Wash your fruit and place in a clean bowl.

Peel your lime and cut into quarters.

Peel your cucumber and cut vertically into quarters (depending on the size of the opening of your juicer).

Using an apple corer, slice your apple.

Remove the root from celery (if applicable).

Place all of your fruits and veggies in your juicer and juice.

Enjoy right away or store in glass container for up to 3 days.
