Ingredients

3 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/3 cup natural peanut butter (drippy, not stiff)

1 cup quick-cooking oats

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter (melted, for drizzling)

1 tablespoon jam or jelly (strawberry or grape)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Add the frozen mixed berries and chia seeds to the baking dish. Toss to combine and spread into an even layer.

In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, quick-cooking oats, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder. Stir until a crumbly mixture forms. If the peanut butter is too stiff to mix, microwave it for 20 seconds first.

Scatter the crumble topping evenly over the berry layer. Do not press it down — you want it loose and crumbly for the best texture.

Bake for 25–35 minutes, until the berries are bubbling around the edges and the crumble topping is golden brown. Start checking at 25 minutes.

Let the crumble cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with melted peanut butter and jam, then serve warm.
