Filo dough spring roll from the oven

Ingredients

350 gr vegetarische slager kip

400 gr bami vegetables (optional)

3 eggs

1 garlic clove

1 white onion

1 carrot

1/4 witte kool

1 pack of filo dough

1 chicken stock cube

wok oil

Chinese herbs

soy sauce

fish sauce

umesu

sesame seeds white and black

Directions

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

Remove your sheets of filo dough from the oven and from the packaging, let them thaw and carefully unfold them. (You can put a damp tea towel on top to prevent them from drying out)

Take your pan and add water and the stock cube and bring to the boil. Add the diced chicken thigh and blanch for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

In the frying pan you bake an omelette of the three eggs. Set aside on a plate until use.

Chop the garlic and onion.

Heat the frying pan again and fry the garlic, onion and noodles vegetables. Season with the Chinese herbs and add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce. Then turn off the fire.

Remove the veg chicken from the pan and allow to drain briefly, cut or tear the chicken into pieces and cut the omelette into strips and add to the vegetable mix.

Add the sheets of filo dough. Spread 1 sheet with some wok oil. Spoon the filling onto the middle of the dough sheets and carefully fold into a lekkere loempia man. Brush the outside with a little oil or egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Repeat with the rest of the filo sheets.

Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.

Serve with spring roll sauce.
