Directions
Cook the rotini until al dente and drain. In a pan, sauté garlic (and onion if using) in olive oil until soft. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned. Toss in the broccoli and sauté until vibrant and tender-crisp. Lower the heat and stir in butter, cream, and cream cheese until everything melts into a creamy sauce. Add Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and a bit of paprika if desired. Combine the pasta with the creamy chicken and broccoli mixture, stir gently, and serve hot.
