Ingredients

For the Pasta 🍝

Rotini (spiral pasta)

Salted boiling water

For the Chicken & Veggies 🍗🥦

Chicken breast (cubed)

Broccoli florets

Olive oil

Garlic (minced)

Onion (optional, chopped)

For the Creamy Sauce 🧄🧀

Butter

Heavy cream

Cream cheese

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Salt & pepper

Dash of paprika (optional)

Directions

Cook the rotini until al dente and drain. In a pan, sauté garlic (and onion if using) in olive oil until soft. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned. Toss in the broccoli and sauté until vibrant and tender-crisp. Lower the heat and stir in butter, cream, and cream cheese until everything melts into a creamy sauce. Add Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and a bit of paprika if desired. Combine the pasta with the creamy chicken and broccoli mixture, stir gently, and serve hot.

Notes & Variations

Try whole grain or gluten-free pasta for a twist.

Add mushrooms or spinach for more veggies.

Sprinkle red chili flakes if you want a kick.
