Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (95-96% lean)

6 green onions, thinly sliced (whites and greens separated)

6 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoon Gochujang paste

2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

2 teaspoons ginger paste

½ teaspoon gochugaru (or red pepper flakes)

¼ teaspoon white pepper

Prepared rice, for serving

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake or whisk really good.

Brown beef. Pour in top and let thicken. Done
