1 Lavash Bread
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
6 oz Hardwood Smoked Pulled chicken
1/2 cup Shredded Lite Mozzarella cheese
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
Spread 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce over the lavash bread in a thin, even layer. Microwave the chicken according to the package directions, then shred. Mix the shredded chicken with the remaining bbq sauce (6 tablespoons). Evenly distribute the bbq chicken over the pizza, add a layer of mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion and bake at 400 for 5-7 min, then garnish with cilantro (optional) and enjoy!
