Ranch Spinach Dip

Ingredients

12 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic

9 oz frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained

1 1 oz packet ranch dip mix

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Bread, crackers, or pretzels for serving

Directions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheese and Garlic: Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, and minced garlic until well combined.

Incorporate Spinach and Ranch Dip Mix: Add the thawed and drained spinach to the mixture, along with the ranch dip mix. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dip.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.

Serve: Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional shredded cheese or fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

Add Bacon: For an extra burst of flavor, add cooked and crumbled bacon to the dip before baking.
