Ingredients

6 ounces olive oil

6 cups yellow onion, diced

4 tablespoons chopped garlic

3 cups diced carrots

3 cups, diced celery

6 pounds ground beef

3 pounds Italian sausage

1 bottle, red wine

6 cups whole milk

1 gallon marinara sauce

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon rosemary

2 bay leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil on the pan and sweat, onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Add ground beef and ground sausage and cook until fully cooked. Add red wine, milk, plum tomatoes and seasoning and cook to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
