Peach Cast Iron Pizza

1 cast iron skillet
1 ball pizza dough (room temp)
1 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀
2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp garlic olive oil (or any infused oil) 🧄
1 ripe peach, thinly sliced 🍑
5 slices prosciutto 🥓
1 ball burrata 🤍
Fresh basil 🌿
Balsamic glaze
How to make it
Directions
Let the dough rest on a lightly floured surface for 30 mins.
Add 1 ½ tbsp olive oil to your cast iron, coating the bottom. Place the dough in the skillet, drizzle with another tbsp olive oil, cover, and let it rest for another 30 mins.
With oiled hands, gently stretch the dough so it reaches the edges of the pan.
Drizzle with garlic olive oil (or your favorite flavored oil).
Sprinkle on mozzarella, then tear and layer prosciutto. (Veggie swap: use pesto as your base 🌱).
Bake at 475°F (no fan) on the middle rack for 14-16 mins, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Top with torn burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
