Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef

1 clove Garlic

1/2 Onion (chopped)

2 tbsp Flour

1-2 cups Water

To taste: salt, pepper, paprika

Optional:

1 vegetable bouillon cube

Directions

Prep:

  • Chop onion and mince garlic

Steps:

  1. In pot, on med high heat, brown beef, garlic, and onion while chopping beef into small pieces with spatula and stirring

  2. Once beef is fully browned and onions are clear, add flour, water, pepper, and peprika (no salt!)

  3. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally

  4. Once boiling, drop temp to low to simmer for approx. 30 min

  5. Adjust seasoning, add bouillon cube (if desired) and taste before salting

  6. Serve with noodles and a side

Notes
