Ingredients

Dressing:

½ cup olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Salad Base:

1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed & drained

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed & drained

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained

½ lb ham, diced

⅓ lb Swiss cheese, diced

10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

5 oz green olives, sliced

½ red onion, diced

Directions

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Rinse and drain beans well, then add to a large salad bowl.

Mix in ham and Swiss cheese.

Stir in tomatoes, olives, and red onion.

Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
