2 lbs ground beef
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 sweet yellow onion (diced)
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 ounces cream cheese softened
24 slider rolls
6 ounces provolone cheese (thinly sliced)
4 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper and cook, breaking apart the meat with a spatula for 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through. Drain the meat well.
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Then mix in the cream cheese until combined.
Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom sections in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices, and then arrange the tops of the rolls on to fit.
Mix the melted butter and garlic salt together. Cut between the sandwich rolls and then brush the butter mixture over the top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
