Ingredients

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast

1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp chili powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Lightly season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken and coat evenly.

Cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until fork-tender.

Optional: Shred the chicken with two forks and return it to the sauce. Mix well.

Serve on buns, rice, or in wraps.
