12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup corn (frozen and thawed, or canned and drained)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
½ cup heavy cream (optional, for extra richness)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic, corn, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and corn is heated through.
Stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream (if using). Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce and beef mixture until fully coated.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
