Ingredients

All four crispy jackets cooked, split and layered in one tray — because this is a proper tray bake and we’re feeding everyone at once 👀

Garlic & herb butter centres.

Golden chicken.

Creamy cheesy white sauce.

Crunchy sourdough crumbs on top.

Comfort food DONE properly.

Chicken Kyiv Style Jacket Potato Tray Bake (Serves 4)

Jackets

Pierce, wrap in kitchen towel & microwave 6 mins first.

Rub with oil + salt.

Directions

Air fry 180°C 45–55 mins until crispy

or oven 200°C about 1 hr).

Skip microwave? Add 10 extra mins.

Place all 4 cooked jackets into a tray that fits them snugly.

Split open, add garlic & herb butter, salt, pepper & a handful of cheese to each. Mash lightly.

Chicken

4 tenders (2 breasts sliced)

Season with Bardia complete seasoning, garlic & herb granules, 1 tbsp chicken stock powder + olive oil.

Pan sear golden, air fry 180°C 7 mins. Slice.

White sauce

30g butter + ¼ cup flour (cook 1 min).

Whisk in 400–500ml semi-skimmed milk until thick.

Add small pack Philadelphia garlic & herb, 30g mixed cheese, salt, pepper & 1 tsp garlic herb seasoning.

Garlic crumb

Blitz sourdough → fry in olive oil → add parsley + garlic herb seasoning.

Layer (all in the tray)

Chicken → white sauce → extra cheese → crispy crumbs.

Bake 180°C 6 mins (or air fry 4 mins) until golden.
