Honey BBQ Chicken with Seasoned Rice

Ingredients:

● 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

● ½ teaspoon salt

● ½ teaspoon black pepper

● ½ teaspoon garlic powder

● 1 tablespoon olive oil

● ½ cup barbecue sauce

● 2 tablespoons honey

● 1 teaspoon soy sauce

● ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Seasoned Rice:

● 1 cup long-grain rice

● 2 cups chicken broth

● 1 tablespoon butter

● ½ teaspoon onion powder

● ½ teaspoon garlic powder

● ½ teaspoon paprika

● ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

Directions:

I. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

II. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

III. In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika.
