High Protein Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

14 oz cottage cheese (whole milk for extra creaminess)

1/2 cup my low carb condensed milk (you can use your sweetener of choice!)

1/2 cup pistachios

Directions

Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes or

until everything is combined!

Pour out your ice cream mixture into a baking dish and set in the

freezer for 3 hours.

Let it sit out 10 minutes before scooping and enjoy!

You guys... the texture is spot on! Rich, creamy, decadent! You have to
