My Rice Salad

Ingredients

1 cup rice, cooked and cooled

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

1 box vanilla or tapioca pudding, cooked

1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions

Cook and cool rice. Add crushed pineapple. Cook pudding; cool and add to rice. You may also add 1 can pineapple tidbits. Fold in 1 small carton Cool Whip. Chill and serve. Keeps several days.
