A Protein Brownie That Only Takes 2 Minutes

Ingredients

1 egg

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp sweetener of choice

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp chocolate protein powder

Chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1: Mix all ingredients except for chocolate chips until smooth. Then add chocolate chips and mix again.

Step 2: Lightly grease a small microwave safe dish. Pour the batter into the dish.

Step 3: Microwave for 90 seconds for a lava cake consistency or up to a 120 seconds for a firmer brownie.

Step 4: Add toppings of choice and enjoy.
