Roast Turkey

Ingredients

20 ish pound turkey

Soy sauce

Paprika

Crushed garlic

Onion powder

Garlic powder

All-purpose seasoning

Seasoned salt

Ground pepper

1/2 cup white wine

Directions

1. Remove neck and bag of giblets

2. Wash turkey

3. Stab turkey and fill holes with crushed garlic

4. Season turkey

5. Drizzle with soy sauce

6. Cook for ~4.5 hours at 325-350 (turn after 2 hrs)

7. Baste often; tent with aluminum when skin is browned enough

8. About 1 hour before turkey is done, pour white wine over it

9. Turkey is done when white meat reaches 165-170

Notes

Baste at least every hour.
