Ingredients

Imitation crab pack

100g Avocado

184g Tuna Steak

1 Cucumber

1 Jalapeno

1 Radish

1.5oz Low Fat Cream Cheese

2tbsp Light Mayo

3/4c Minute White Rice

Optional: Corn

Optional: Mango

Optional: Furikake/Seaweed

Optional: Wonton Strips

Optional: Pickled Ginger

Directions

1. Sear tuna steak, slice.

2. Make rice according to package instructions.

3. Defrost corn (if you want corn)

4. Chop cucumber, green onion, avocado, jalapeno, radish

5. In a bowl, shred imitation crab. Season with soy, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger. Mix with sriracha, cream cheese, and mayo.

6. If desired, top with furikake, seaweed, pickled ginger, or wonton strips.

7. Assemble bowl and enjoy!
