Banana Mango Cardamom Date Smoothie
Makes about 36 ounces

1-1/2 cups of coconut water
1/4 cup of coconut flour
8-10 medjool dates (pitted)
1 tsp of ground cardamom
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas
1 cup of cubed mango
Directions
Heat the dates in hot or boiling water for about ten minutes to soften them.
Alternately, you can microwave them for as much as a minute to soften them.
Add the ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
Notes
Every ingredient has its own health benefits. This is a very healthy beverage.
Kind of thick. Mostly taste the banana. Could try another 1/2 cup of mango or coconut water.
1 teaspoon of cardamom is 1/2 the original amount. Didn't taste it. 2 teaspoons may be better.
Maybe add some pulverized pumpkin or sesame seeds.
