Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45–50 minutes

Yields: 8–10 servings

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs hash browns

– 1/2 cup chopped green onions

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Sauce Mixture:

– 3/4 stick melted butter

– 1 can cream of chicken soup

– 3 oz sour cream

– 1 small jar Cheese Whiz

Topping:

– 2 cups corn flakes

– 3/4 cup butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, mix hash browns, green onions, salt, and pepper.

3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Cheese Whiz.

4. Pour sauce mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.

5. In another bowl, mix corn flakes and butter. Spread evenly over the top.

6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
