1-minute Raspberry Vanilla Mug Cake

Ingredients

3 tablespoons all purpose (gluten-free) flour mix

1 tablespoon (vegan) vanilla protein powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons milk of choice

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted coconut oil

1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup or your favorite sweetener

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 diced raspberries

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together (except raspberries)

Fold in the raspberries

Microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes (800W). All microwaves are different, so the cooking time might differ. I recommend checking the cake after 1 minute and then cooking longer if needed
