Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding

5 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Place in the fridge overnight to set and enjoy in the morning with your favourite toppings!
TIPS
You can try this recipe with ground chia seeds and then there’s no need to blend!
I recommend using full-fat coconut milk in this recipe for a creamy chia seed pudding.
Serve with toppings like fresh berries and granola for the perfect snack.
