Ib. potatoes or sweet
potatoes, peeled (if desired), and cut into
½-inch sticks
1 tsp. vegetable oil
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Seasoning (options, opposite) or more to taste
Dipping Sauce (options, opposite)
Directions
1. Cover potatoes in water and
let soak 30 minutes. Drain and
pat drywith paper towels. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat.
2. Preheat air fryer at 400°F. Arrange potatoes in a double layer in fryer basket. Cook, tossing every 5 minutes, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and desired Seasoning. Serve with Dipping Sauce. Makes 4 servings (½ CUp fries each).
