Bacon Wrapped Chicken {One Pan Meal}

Ingredients

700 g Baking potatoes (4 large baking potatoes)

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt and pepper

2 Bulbs of garlic

600 g Chicken breasts

100 g Garlic and herb cream cheese

120 g Proscuitto

350 g Green beans

2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F.

Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes and put onto a baking sheet.

Cut the garlic bulbs in half horizontally. Add the oil and plenty of salt and pepper. (Make sure that the cut surfaces of the garlic are covered in oil or it will burn. Set a timer for 15 minutes.)

While the potatoes start to cook, take each chicken breast, cut a small 'pocket' in the thick part and stuff in a spoonful of the cream cheese (don't over fill them) and then wrap in the prosciutto.

After the potatoes have been in for their 15 minutes, add the chicken set a timer for a further 20 minutes.

Now add the beans, drizzle with the balsamic and some more salt and pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Check that everything has cooked through and serve. (Squish the garlic from the skins or let people do that on their own plates).
