Blueberry Cheesecake Popsicles

Ingredients

1 cup Fresh Blueberry

1/2 cup Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Combine Fresh Blueberry (1 cup), Cream Cheese (1/2 cup), Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), and Honey (2 Tbsp) in a blender until smooth, adding more honey as needed to suit your taste.

Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.

Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen popsicles up, then remove from the mold. Enjoy!
