Leek Quiche

Mix dough ingredients together and knead until a dough forms

Wrap with butter wrapper and plastic wrap, refrigerate

Chop leeks into circular pieces while peeling away the outer layers. Drop in a bowl of water and wash

Melt butter in a pan, gradually adding and stirring leeks. Let cool

In a bowl, mix cheeses and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Whisk

Coat a round pan with margarine

Roll out the dough and press into the pan

Bake dough at 325 F until lightly golden

Mix leeks into cheese filling

Pour filling onto crust and bake 20-30 mins

Cool and serve
